POSITION:  OFFICE MANAGER

DUTIES:  Responsible for providing the direct management of the front office efficiency, including transportation services.  This person ensures client intake processes are completed with accuracy and good customer service.  This position will also be responsible for coordinating new staff setup, meeting minutes and office supplies.

DAYS/TIMES:  Full time position (40 hours/week).  Work hours are generally day time hours primarily Monday through Friday 8a – 5p.

 QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Associate’s Degree in business, human resources, or related field and at least three years front office experience.

Must have experience with technology and demonstrate an ability of good customer service skills.

STARTING SALARY:  $30,000-$42,200 (depending on education, credentials, and experience)

SUPERVISED BY:  Finance Director
