DUTIES: This position is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and directing the calls to the proper staff, facilitating the smooth flow of clients through the waiting room to their appointments, and ensuring proper paperwork is completed for new clients for billing and reporting purposes. This position also
schedules client appointments, facilitates client intake (Open Access), audits clinical records, files clinical documentation, assists in the collection of client fees, and completes required word processing, faxing, and data entry, along with other special projects as assigned.

DAYS/TIMES: Full time position (40 hours/week). Work hours are generally day time hours primarily Monday through Friday 8a – 5p.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of high school diploma and at least one year
specialized office training and/or two years’ experience. Some experience
working with computers and proven comfort level with technology. Prefer
experience working in a medical office or behavioral health agency.

STARTING SALARY: $23,000-$32,000 (depending on education, credentials, and experience)


START DATE: 07/01/2020

DUTIES: Provides assessment, counseling, crisis intervention and case management services to both children/adolescent and their families with substance use & behavioral health disorders. Duties include assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, individual and family counseling, as well as referrals to other services. Services will be primarily provided in the office and/or school location.

DAYS/TIMES: Full time position (40 hours/week). Work hours are generally day time hours with one evening a week required for clients, primarily Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients and the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of an LPC or LSW license through the Ohio Counselor/ Social Worker Board. Prefer independent license in Ohio (i.e. LISW, LPCC, LICDC, Licensed Psychologist) and experience providing counseling services to diverse client populations with diverse problem areas.

STARTING SALARY: $35,000 – $50,000 (depending on education, license, and experience)
