MRSS SUPERVISOR

DUTIES: Provides supervision to mobile response stabilization team of a MRSS therapist and MRSS case managers. Duties include processing new referrals to the program, providing individual and group supervision. Ensuring the fidelity of the program is always maintained. Participates in recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of MRSS Staff.

DAYS/TIMES: Full time position (40 hours/week). Work hours are generally day-time hours with one evening a week required for clients, primarily Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients and the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a master’s level counselor or social worker, with LISW or LPCC license. Prefer LISW-S/LPCC-S and past work history of providing behavioral health clinical services. Prefer past work history of coordinating services and/or supervising staff.

STARTING PAY: $54,000 – $75,000/year (depending on education, license, and experience)

MRSS CASE MANAGER

DUTIES: Provides flexible, mobile and client centered behavioral health services to youth & their families in the home or community environment. Recognizes common symptoms of behavioral disorders and as well as developing and coordinating the goals and interventions in the client’s crisis plan. Works with client and/or family in the natural environment to address specific, individualized goals and interventions and identifies and maximizes natural support systems and linkages to formal community services. Services will mainly be provided to at-risk youth and their families. Case Manager will become CANS Certified. Follows the fidelity guidelines of the mobile response stabilization service program.

DAYS/TIMES: Full time position (40 hours/week). Work hours are generally daytime hours primarily Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients and the agency. Position will be centrally located in Van Wert County, Ohio.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirement is high school diploma and at least 3 years of specialized training in case management/social work and behavioral health issues.

STARTING PAY: $42,000 – $52,000/year (depending on education, license, and experience)

IHBT THERAPIST

DUTIES: Provides flexible, mobile and client centered behavioral health services to adults and children with serious mental health disorders or substance use disorders in individual, family, or group settings. Recognizes common symptoms of behavioral disorders and as well as developing and coordinating the goals and interventions in the client’s treatment plan. Works with client and/or family in the natural environment to address specific, individualized goals and interventions and identifies and maximizes natural support systems and linkages to formal community services. Services will mainly be provided to at-risk youth and their families.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirement is bachelor’s degree and LSW license through the Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board and with past work experience in behavioral health with families.

STARTING PAY: $60,000 – $70,000/year (depending on education, license, and experience)

IHBT CASE MANAGER

THERAPIST

DUTIES:  Provides assessment, counseling, crisis intervention and case management services to both children/adolescent and their families with substance use & behavioral health disorders. Duties include assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, individual and family counseling, as well as referrals to other services. Services will be primarily provided in the office and/or school location.

DAYS/TIMES: Full time position (40 hours/week). Work hours are generally day time hours with one evening a week required for clients, primarily Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients and the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of an LPC or LSW license through the Ohio Counselor/ Social Worker Board. Prefer independent license in Ohio (i.e. LISW, LPCC, LICDC, Licensed Psychologist) and experience providing counseling services to diverse client populations with diverse problem areas.

STARTING PAY: $50,000 – $63,000/year (depending on education, license, and experience)

CASE MANAGER

Works with client and/or family in the natural environment to address specific, individualized goals and interventions and identifies and maximizes natural support systems and linkages to formal community services.

STARTING PAY: $35,000 – $45,000/year (depending on education, license, and experience)

SUPERVISED BY: Case Management Coordinator

RECOVERY SUPPORT COACH

DUTIES:  Provides flexible, mobile and client centered addictions services to adults and children with substance use disorders in individual, family or group settings.  Recognizes common symptoms of addictions and ongoing recovery needs.   Works with individuals and/or their family in the natural environment to address specific, individualized goals and interventions and identifies and maximizes natural support systems and linkages to formal community services.

DAYS/TIMES:  Full time position of 40 hours per week. Work hours are generally day time hours primarily Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients and the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirement is high school diploma or GED, lived experience, and self-identified as in recovery for at least 2 years.  Prefer individuals who have completed the Ohio peer recovery support certification process.  Individual must be willing to complete this certification within the first six months of hire.

STARTING PAY:  $31,000 – $41,000/year (depending on education, license, and experience)
