POSITION:  RECOVERY NAVIGATOR

 START DATE:  02/01/2021

DUTIES:  This position provides flexible, mobile and client centered outreach to substance use services to adults, children and the community in relation to individuals affected by substance use disorders. Recovery Navigator will focus developing a recovery community which includes a network of resources for individuals and families who have been affected by substance use disorders.  Support will be given to the recovery resources in the community and assisting those entities in their provision of resources for individuals and family in recovery.

DAYS/TIMES:  Full time position of 40 hours per week. Work hours are generally day time hours primarily Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients and the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirement is high school diploma and specialized training in case management/social work and behavioral health issues.  Prefer Bachelor’s Degree and LSW license through the Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board or CDC license through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board.

STARTING SALARY:  $13.94 per hour – $18,75 per hour (depending on education, license, and experience)

POSITION: CASEMANAGER

DUTIES: Provides flexible, mobile and client centered behavioral health services to adults and children with serious mental health disorders or substance use disorders in individual, family or group settings. Recognizes common symptoms of behavioral disorders and as well as developing and coordinating the goals and interventions in the client’s treatment plan. Works with client and/or family in the natural environment to address specific, individualized goals and interventions and identifies and maximizes natural support systems and linkages to formal community services.

DAYS/TIMES: Full time position (40 hours/week). Work hours are generally day time hours primarily Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients and the agency.

POSITION: THERAPIST

DUTIES:  Provides assessment, counseling, crisis intervention and case management services to both children/adolescent and their families with substance use & behavioral health disorders. Duties include assessment, crisis intervention, treatment planning, individual and family counseling, as well as referrals to other services. Services will be primarily provided in the office and/or school location.

DAYS/TIMES: Full time position (40 hours/week). Work hours are generally day time hours with one evening a week required for clients, primarily Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the clients and the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of an LPC or LSW license through the Ohio Counselor/ Social Worker Board. Prefer independent license in Ohio (i.e. LISW, LPCC, LICDC, Licensed Psychologist) and experience providing counseling services to diverse client populations with diverse problem areas.

STARTING SALARY: $35,000 – $50,000 (depending on education, license, and experience)

SUPERVISED BY: Clinical Director
