WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

When you call, trained staff will take your information to immediately pass on to MRSS staff for assessment.

MRSS is typically available within 72-hours following the request for help.

The focus is on de-escalating and assessing. With MRSS intervention, the likelihood of future crisis can be minimized.

Help is available 24/7.

During an immediate crisis, MRSS is dispatched within an hour to the site or at a convenient time within 24-hours.

Six weeks of services and support are offered with a family-involved approach.

The first step is your call.
